REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

1. Overview
This Refund Policy explains your rights to return products bought from trysuttin and how we will process your refund. It works alongside our Terms of Service and does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
trysuttin is operated by 42 Entertainment Ltd, company number 14254185, registered at 69 Old Street, London EC1V 9HX.
2. Your 30 Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your product to return it for a refund or exchange. This is our goodwill return window and is longer than the 14 day minimum required by UK law.
To be eligible for a return under this window, your product must be:

In its original condition, unused, and undamaged

In its original packaging where applicable

Accompanied by proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email
3. Your Statutory Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a separate legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, contact us at info@try42.com within 14 days of receipt, stating that you wish to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to return the product to us.
We will refund the full price of the product and the standard delivery charge within 14 days of receiving the returned product, or within 14 days of you providing evidence that you have returned the product, whichever is earlier.
4. How to Return a Product
To start a return:

We will reply with return instructions and the return address

Package the product securely and send it back using a tracked service
You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the product is faulty, damaged on arrival, or not as described.
We recommend you keep proof of postage. We are not responsible for items lost in transit on the way back to us.
5. Faulty, Damaged, or Misdescribed Products
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the products we sell must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If your product is faulty, damaged when it arrives, or not as described, you are entitled to:

A full refund if you report the issue within 30 days of receipt

A repair or replacement if you report the issue after 30 days but within 6 months

A partial or full refund if a repair or replacement is not possible
Please contact us at info@try42.com with photos of the issue and your order number. We will cover the cost of return postage for faulty or damaged items.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receipt of the returned product. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the refund may take a further 3 to 10 working days to appear in your account.
Refunds will cover the price of the product and, where applicable, the standard delivery charge you paid. If you chose a more expensive delivery option, only the cost of standard delivery will be refunded.
7. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product for a different size, colour, or item, please email info@try42.com. The fastest way is to return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.
8. Items We Cannot Refund
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the right to cancel does not apply to:

Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, such as NFC products customised with your name, image, or unique design

Goods that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery in a way that affects their resale
Standard, non personalised products including the Union Jack NFC keychain and other catalogue merchandise are fully eligible for return under sections 2 and 3 above.
