1. About Us and These Terms

Welcome to trysuttin. trysuttin is a direct to consumer storefront operated by 42 Entertainment Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 14254185, with its registered office at 69 Old Street, London EC1V 9HX, United Kingdom.

In these Terms of Service, the words "we", "us" and "our" refer to 42 Entertainment Ltd trading as trysuttin. The words "you" and "your" refer to you, our customer.

These Terms govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from us. Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the technology that powers the storefront. Your purchase contract is with 42 Entertainment Ltd, not with Shopify.

By using our website or placing an order, you confirm that you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, or any other applicable UK consumer law.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country of residence, to place an order with us. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Our Products

We sell NFC enabled keychains, branded merchandise, and related items through trysuttin. Product descriptions, images, and colours are provided in good faith but may vary slightly from the actual product due to screen settings, lighting, and natural variation in materials.

We may change, withdraw, or limit the availability of any product at any time without notice. All product descriptions are subject to change at our discretion.

4. Orders and Contract Formation

When you place an order through the website, you are making an offer to buy the product at the listed price. We will send you an order acknowledgement email confirming we have received your order. This acknowledgement does not form a contract.

A binding contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation email, or when we deliver the product to you, whichever happens first.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Reasons may include but are not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inability to verify payment. If we cancel your order, we will refund any payment already taken.

5. Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed in pounds sterling (GBP) and shown on the relevant product page at the time you place your order. 42 Entertainment Ltd is not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged on our products.

Prices do not include delivery charges, which are calculated at checkout and shown to you before you confirm your order.

Payment is taken at the time you place the order. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. By submitting your payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method and that the details you provide are accurate.

We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders we have already accepted.

6. Delivery

We will aim to deliver your order within the timeframe stated at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Where possible, we will keep you informed of any delays.

Risk of loss or damage to the product passes to you once the product has been delivered to the address you provided. Title passes to you once we receive full payment.

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, please contact us at info@try42.com and we will investigate.

7. Your Right to Cancel and Return

As a consumer, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a 30 day return window from the date you receive your product. This goodwill window exceeds your legal minimum.

8. Faulty or Misdescribed Products

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, products you buy from us must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If a product is faulty, damaged on arrival, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

Please contact us at info@try42.com within 30 days of receiving the product to report a fault. Your statutory rights continue beyond this window where the law provides.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the trysuttin website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, product designs, the Union Jack NFC keychain design, and the trysuttin and TRY42 brand names, is the property of 42 Entertainment Ltd or its licensors and is protected by UK and international intellectual property laws.

You may view and use the website for your personal, non commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any of our content without our prior written consent.

You agree not to use the website:
